Welcome to EruditeShare Tunes. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using EruditeShare Tunes, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. EruditeShare Tunes is a product of Joit Solution Multi Services Limited, a company registered in Nigeria with RC 1144725.

2. Changes to Terms

EruditeShare Tunes reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use EruditeShare Tunes. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Registration

To participate in EruditeShare Tunes earning program, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Earning Cash

Listening: Earning Cash on the platform is not guaranteed as you only earn cash through below Cash accumulation.
During your radio listening pleasure, adverts will be displayed on your favorite radio station. You are expected to click on the advert as you enjoy your listening on your favourite radio station. Clicking the advert gives our advertisers assurance that you actually view or interact with the advert.
You may double-click on interested advert to find out more on the publisher website.

Cash Accumulation: Cash are accumulated based on:
(a) the number of advert banners you click on inside your user area which is currently 30% of the Advert rate.
(b) referral commissions from the advert your referrals click, which is 5% of the Advert rate
(c) the number of website you visit through double-click on advert banner on your user area which is currently 30% of the Website Visit rate.
(d) referral commissions from the website your referrals visit, which is 5% of the Website Visit rate

How do I cash-out the best from the platform?
(a) By advertising and referring adverts to the platform; because No Advert, No Earning. The more adverts on the platform, the more the money that will be available for audience to earn.
(b) As you enjoy your listening pleasure to radio and music, sit back to read and click on adverts. Double-click on adverts that interest you to find out more on its publisher website. The more the true clicks, the more the cash you earn. The click indicates that you read the advert. It is possible to earn hundreds of naira in few hours.
(c) From referral commissions who in turn have true clicks on the advert clickable or double click to visit the publisher website. Imagine you have 1,000 referrals and you earn ₦100 ($0.061) each from the referral, that is ₦100,000 ($60.91) from referral earnings for that day. The more your referrals, the more your earnings

Cash Withdrawal: Accrued Cash can be withdrawn to bank account you specified on our website. Mininum withdrawal is ₦5,000 ($3.05). There is no maximum amount to withdraw. Deposit to bank is done within few hours to withdrawal for Nigeria naira accounts while Worldwide users of Skrills may have to wait few working days before being credited. Currently, the exchange rate for Skrill account is ₦1800/$ plus transfer fee of 8% of the withdrawal amount. At this end, please keep your EruditeShare Tunes account safe so that your accrued cash will not be misdirected, as EruditeShare Tunes will not be held liable for mis-directed fund.

Note that the conversion rate and redemption options may change at any time at EruditeShare Tunes discretion.

6. Publishing Advert Banners

To post advert banner to radio stations, adverstiser are expected to deposit a non refundable (non withdrawable) fees into their deposit wallet or have neccessary fund in their earnings wallet which should be transfered to deposit wallet before use for advertising.

The current Advert rate is ₦500 ($0.30) for 1000 clicks (which indicates that the banner is read) while the Website Visit rate is ₦5 ($0.0030) per double-click that opens the publisher's website.

To safeguard publisher budget fund, by default; Broadcast is set to 'All Radio Stations'; Unique audience click is 'Yes' and Unique visit to Publisher website is 'Yes'. Publisher are required Edit the ad Banner to change the settings as desire.

Note that the rate and settings may change at any time at EruditeShare Tunes discretion.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
(a) Using automated means to earn cash.
(b) Manipulating or interfering with the proper functioning of the service.
(c) Posting adverts that: scams, defame person, incite ethnic group, inflame religion group, provoke political group, cause unduly agitation, fake news, misinform, disinform. Any advert reported by ~1% of the budgeted target for above will be automatically deleted and its advertiser automatically warned. After 3 warnings, such account will be banned and all deposit or Accrued earnings will be forfeited.
(d) Creating multiple accounts to earn cash.
(e) Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.

The system provides for reporting of prohibited acitivites and messaging advertiser in 'Total clickable' on Cash page inside user account. Maintaining sanctity in the platform largely lies on the hand of the audience who interact with adverts; therefore, advertisers should take caution to avoid posting prohibited adverts which may be reported for prohibited activity and flagged. In a case that an advert is reported out of misunderstanding, the advertiser has the opportunity to appeal or convince the user who reported it for a possible clearance.

8. Termination

EruditeShare Tunes reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for conduct that EruditeShare Tunes believes violates these Terms and Conditions or is otherwise harmful to EruditeShare Tunes interests. Users of the platform also reserve the right to terminate their account at anytime.

9. Privacy

Your use of EruditeShare Tunes is subject to our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

10. Intellectual Property

All radio station content and trademarks belong to their respective organisations but they deserve royalty from EruditeShare Tunes which is 15% of the Advert Rate of banners clicked on their station. Radio station may contact EruditeShare Tunes to reedem their royalty or EruditeShare Tunes may contact radio station to remit their royalty. If you are a radio station owner and you want your radio station listed, please contact EruditeShare Tunes. Software, databases, text, graphics, icons, and hyperlinks, are the property of EruditeShare Tunes while some pictures belong to Adobe Stock.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

EruditeShare Tunes is provided "as is" and "as available." EruditeShare Tunes makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the use or the results of this service. EruditeShare Tunes will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this site or service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which EruditeShare Tunes operates. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
